Caesar Cipher / ROT13
Encode or decode text with a Caesar shift — ROT13 by default. The classic letter-substitution cipher.
How to use
Set a shift (13 is ROT13, its own inverse) and press Encode or Decode. Each letter moves that many places through the alphabet; case is kept and non-letters pass through unchanged. It's a fun classic cipher, not real security.
